GTA San Andreas is the latest title in the controversial Grand Theft Auto video game series. Game features include: Entire state of San Andreas , meaning three cities will be present in the game, each connected by countryside. Los Santos, a fictional Los Angeles, San Fierro, a rendition of San Francisco, and La Venturra, which is the Grand Theft Auto version of Las Vegas. Stamina Meter. Carl, the main character, will have to consume food on his journey across San Andreas, and will gain weight if he eats too much. Gyms will be available to work out in. Larger map, which is much more interesting and alive than Vice City. Hills and even a mountain is to be included.

Five years ago Carl Johnson escaped from the pressures of life in Los Santos, San Andreas… a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs and corruption. Where filmstars and millionaires do their best to avoid the dealers and gangbangers.

Now, it’s the early 90s. Carl’s got to go home. His mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are all heading towards disaster. MotoGP

Moto GP 1 is a Spanish motorbike racing game. The goal is to beat other opponents in a circle race with skillful driving. Play in three modes: championship where you’ll race in a series of races, quick race to get on the race track immediately, and time trial mode where you’ll have to beat the clock. Excellent graphics and physics. While it doesn’t have as many tracks or as much replay value as we’d like, MotoGP definitely deserves a spot on your shelf.

MotoGP features real bikes, actual racetracks, and the same factory teams that race in Dorna’s FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix circuit, or simply GP for short. The list of bike manufacturers include Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Aprilia; and some of the world’s best teams, like Repsol Honda, are represented in the game. The bikes vary in their top speed, acceleration, braking distance, and handling characteristics, but only slightly. You’ll be hard pressed to find any real difference from bike to bike, other than each one’s appearance. You can choose to race any of MotoGP five racetracks and 12 bikes from the outset, or you can opt to start a full-length season and gradually earn your way to the higher courses. In this mode, you choose from a limited number of teams and race the five tracks as you would in the real GP circuit. You’re allowed one practice session per track in order to properly gauge the track, one qualifying round to determine your standing on the grid, and then the actual race. You’re awarded points based on your overall performance in each race, and depending on how you did in the season, your team will either extend your contract or release you to another team. After three seasons (five on the highest difficulty setting), the rider with the most points is crowned the champ.

London Racer 2

London Racer 2 is the sequel to the game London Racer also known as m25 Racer developed by Davilex. I’ve got to say that I enjoyed M25 Racer more and I really think London Racer 2 is definitely not the greatest racer arcade I have played. London Racer 2 is an arcade racing game, in which you enter an illegal street race organization as a rookie. This organization sets up illegal races on the m25 and in London and Oxford. In this hierarchic organization you start in the small league, but when you’re good enough, they let you enter the “Luxury sports car league” but at the end, you’ll be trying to reach the ultimate league: the “GT Racer League”. During the leagues, you try to go faster and faster through buying extras and power-ups for your car to tune it up. By finishing higher in the leagues, you’ll earn more money with which you can buy even better cars or upgrade your current car. You’ll be able to get money and other items like, nitro boosts and -fixing icons-, which naturally fixes your car, by picking them up during the race. The game offers various cars types including bonus cars that can be used only by finishing some levels. It also offers two sorts of gameplay Graphics

For a start the game graphics aren’t too bad, but it is definitely not as great as it could’ve been. The graphics aren’t realistic, which make the game less fun to play. The game’s environment lacks quality, and could’ve been a lot more detailed. But still I have to say that the environment of the courses include a number of items like: coffee tables, street lights, cars, buses, construction cones and more, which add a lot to the race atmosphere. But still, some of those items look shallow and with too little detail, especially the traffic cars. I have to add that I liked the character design, because each of them has their own personality that reflects the car design. You can use three different driving view modes: hood view, bumper view and rear view. I know doesn’t matter to some people, but I must say that the game’s menu design really lacks in colors, and basically look shallow. Sound
London racer 2 offers a general race game sounds which includes: great thrilling race music, sounds effects like police sirens, car sounds effects like car engines, tires, brake sounds, crash sound, environment sounds like birds, traffic sound effects and more. Along with the car radio which adds a lot to the gameplay.
The one thing I really liked in London Racer 2 is the sound. When you start to drive you can listen to the radio songs and programs that can really make you laugh. The addition of the radio really makes the game a lot more fun to play. In general the game sound effects quality is average – London Racer 2 doesn’t offer outstanding music/sound. But as I said earlier it adds a lot to the atmosphere. Gameplay
First of all I most say that the control of the car is very unrealistic and not fun to play. The car steering is very hard and tight. The artificial intelligence of the cop cars is not good either, and even has a few bugs. For example I often noticed that the cop car ran into buildings, and sometimes the cops didn’t even chase me after I broke traffic rules.
London Racer 2 isn’t a realistic game, in regards of physics either. Speaking of which, the sense of gravity is really strange at times. For example, when you accelerate and hit some object, like cars or walls, your car rises into the air like it was a feather, and if you hit a street light it brake right out of its place like a toothpick and flies away. Multiplayer
As I already mentioned London Racer 2 offers just a local one, including two game modes: the first one is a duel, where you race against your friend in split screen mode. The second mode is “Cop VS Racer”, where the cops have to destroy or catch up with the racer in order to win, and the racer has to survive for some time in order to win. The game offers a simple local multiplayer that can be fun for a little while.

Midtown Madness 1 Racing through a track is great, but careening through the streets of major cities is a bit more of a, um, thrill! Midtown Madness lets you chart your own path as you race your friends through the streets of Chicago. The course provides a bit of a challenge, as you take to alleys, neighborhoods, and even buildings, to get to the finish line before your challenger. Adding to all this are obstacles like traffic, weather conditions, law enforcement, and pedestrians.

GTA Vice City Having just made it back onto the streets of Liberty City after a long stretch in maximum security, Tommy Vercetti is sent to Vice City by his old boss, Sonny Forelli. They were understandably nervous about his re-appearance in Liberty City, so a trip down south seemed like a good idea. But all does not go smoothly upon his arrival in the glamorous, hedonistic metropolis of Vice City. He’s set up and is left with no money and no merchandise. Sonny wants his money back, but the biker gangs, Cuban gangsters, and corrupt politicians stand in his way. Most of Vice City seems to want Tommy dead. His only answer is to fight back and take over the city himself.

GTA Vice City offers vehicular pleasures to suit every taste. For the speed enthusiast, there’s high-performance cars and motorbikes. For the sportsman, a powerboat or a golf buggy lets you enjoy the great outdoors. MANX TT Super Bike

Manx TT Super Bike makes the transition from arcade to console with this 1998 release of the Sega motorcycle racing simulation set on the Isle of Man. Customization features include automatic or six-speed manual transmission, choice of eight custom-built motorcycles, and four modes of racing. There are four tracks in Manx TT Super Bike, two from the arcade and two reversed courses. If you manage to finish challenge races in one of the top three positions, an award of an additional three bonus bikes is provided.

Manx TT Super Bike was influenced most by Sega’s original motorcycle racing series Hang On. Although this port was developed by Pysgnosis, the game was originally developed by Sega’s AM3 team for the arcades.

Need for Speed UnderGround 2

Need for Speed Underground 2 will challenge gamers to immerse themselves in the tuner culture, exploring an expansive, free roaming city divided into five distinct neighborhoods. Gamers will encounter rival racers who will initiate events, tip players off to the hottest racing spots, and show them where to buy the most sought after licensed aftermarket upgrades. The game will feature new game modes, deep new performance customization and tuning, and more than 30 licensed cars. The game also delivers twice the visual customization upgrades as the original game, providing a staggering 70 billion possible car combinations for total automotive self expression.

The sequel to Need for Speed Underground has big shoes to fill, and it does so admirably, with vastly improved graphics, new gameplay modes, and an improved interface. The demo also pushes beyond the scope of the original, offering a “free roam” mode to explore the cityscape and challenge competitors at will, two types of “quick races” on two different tracks, and the ability to race other drivers online.

The graphics are the most obvious improvement. We only can describe them as truly awesome, even on lower settings. Lights on the bridge sparkle in the night sky, and mannequins in store windows catch your eye as you blaze past. Little things, such as pumping your hydraulics and bouncing down the avenue, make the experience even more fun. Racing is arcade style (it’s awfully hard to destroy your car) and easy to learn, yet power drifting is an acquired skill that keeps the learning curve gradual, but long. The only knocks on this top-notch driving game are the ubiquitous product placements (a Cingular messaging system?), high system requirements, and large download size. Considering the depth and quality of Need for Speed Underground 2, though, most gamers can forgive those details.
