PalTalk

Paltalk is a voice chat client, which is a cross between an instant messenger and an Internet phone. You can use PalTalk to send voice mails, join video chat rooms, and make video calls and overall stay in a very close contact with your friends, family, work colleagues, business partners and clients, no matter how far they live, what chat protocols they are using and even what device they are currently operating (in addition of dedicated Windows desktop client, PalTalk is accessible on iPhone, iPad, Android and Kindle devices). PalTalk supports all the most popular messaging protocols (amongst them are Yahoo, AIM, ICQ), ability to invite up to 10 people for an audio or video chat, great quality of streaming data, and even ability to create and visit open chat rooms that are filled with people that are interested in various subjects and themes.

Paltalk has a simple and easy to use interface, and many useful features like videoconferencing, FindMe (which allows you to see where your buddies are), virtual phone numbers, and more. Main dashboard mostly resembles the one of the popular chat client mIRC, although Paltalk is much more oriented on visuals and integration of video streams into its structure. Bottom of the app holds traditional looking listing of friendlist, current chat stream and your own text box (with easy access to emoticons and text formatting tools), while the tip of the app holds space for video streams of you and your friends.
